useurl does not guarantee revenue, commissions, or the availability of third-party websites.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to use and monitor the links you submit

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use useurl to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive links
  • Shorten or monitor illegal or abusive content
  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • useurl is a paid service and does not offer a free tier
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

We may update pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

  • Your links
  • Your analytics data
  • Your account content

You grant useurl a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

7. Availability & Limitations

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or changes in third-party affiliate programs
  • Products going out of stock
  • Broken links caused by external websites
  • Lost revenue or commissions

useurl provides monitoring and alerts, not guarantees.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payment fails or is reversed
  • The service is abused or used unlawfully

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • useurl is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated to users when appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
