UseURL processes account and workspace information, connected YouTube channel metadata and authorization tokens, configured links and domains, operational logs, billing identifiers, and privacy-conscious redirect analytics needed to provide the service.

We use this information to operate and secure UseURL, synchronize connected channels, serve redirects, monitor link health, provision custom domains, provide analytics, process billing, send requested operational notifications, and troubleshoot the service.

UseURL limits and hashes network and device signals used for redirect analytics rather than storing raw IP addresses as analytics identifiers. Operational retention periods are configured to limit how long detailed events and health-check history are retained.

UseURL uses service providers necessary to deliver the product, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payments, and Google or YouTube for authorized channel access. Those providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Workspace and account deletion removes product data according to the deletion flow while allowing limited records to be retained where reasonably necessary for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, or dispute resolution.
